Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales person with over 5 years of experience in selling IT Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in Oman. This is a one year contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Managed IT Services to businesses in Oman.
- Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position services in the market.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on progress and market conditions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in Managed IT Services or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with the Omani market and its business landscape is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Oman as needed.
Contract Terms:
Initial contract period: 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
