Contract Period: 1 Year (Extendable)
Shift 1 – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
Shift 2 – 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Technical Skills:
Must have : .NET. PL/SQL or MS SQL
Nice to have: Angular, Linux
Primary Skills:
NET Fundamentals:
- Strong fundamentals of OOPS concepts, like Polymorphism, inheritance, encapsulation etc.,
- Programming ASP. Net MVC using C#, API development
- Familiarity with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Azure CLI, and PowerShell.
PL/SQL or MS SQL
- Strong fundamentals of RDBMS concepts
- Proficient in writing stored procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers etc.,
- Exception handling and troubleshooting in PL/SQL programming
- Experience in turning queries for performance with large volume of data using EXPLAIN PLAN and other utilities
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes, debugging problems and troubleshooting issues
Secondary skills:
- Incident management Process
- Knowledge of incident lifecycle, production support processes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or any other incident management tool
- Documentation – creation of RCA and updating knowledge artifacts
- Experience in providing technical support during application support, release deployment, change management etc.,
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within the Support team and with other stakeholders.
- Experience in providing supporting during triages, coordinating with multiple support teams and communicating to business users
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Performance tuning and optimization.
- Staying updated with the latest technologies and incident management best practices
