Location: Remote (Gurgaon/India)
Contract Period: 6 months to 1 year
Shift 1 – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
Shift 2 – 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Years of Experience: 5 and above
Technical Skills: Azure DevOps, Linux, Windows Server, Networking Knowledge and anyone monitoring tool (AppDynamics would be nice)
Primary Skills:
• Azure Fundamentals:
– Understanding of core Azure services, Azure pricing, SLAs, and lifecycle
– Familiarity with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Azure CLI, and PowerShell
• CI/CD Pipelines:
– Experience in creating and managing build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps
– Knowledge of YAML and classic pipelines
– Integration with other CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Source Code Management:
– Proficiency with Git and repositories in Azure Repos or GitHub
– Branching and merging strategies, pull requests, and code reviews
• Configuration Management:
– Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates
– Managing environments and configurations
• Monitoring and Logging:
– Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
– Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Windows and Linux Administration:
– Intermediate skills in managing Windows Server and Linux distributions
– Understanding of system administration tasks such as user management, file permissions, and system updates
– Familiarity with Windows PowerShell for automation and Linux shell scripting (Bash)
Soft Skills:
• Collaboration and Communication:
– Using Azure Boards for agile project management
– Effective communication and collaboration skills within the DevOps team and with other stakeholders
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues

– Staying updated with the latest DevOps trends and Azure services
– Obtaining relevant certifications like Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
