CEO
Mikey McPhail is CEO of ReqReadyAI and an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience driving hiring excellence and innovation. He was previously a leader in Client Solutions, Operations, and Business Intelligence for the world’s largest workforce programs at both ManpowerGroup and Magnit. He has developed and implemented strategies leveraging workforce data in excess of $10b and collaborated with global executives to accelerate internal operations and align employment processes for existing and future workforce strategies. With hundreds of strategic workshops, six sigma training, and experience managing some of the largest global MSP programs in existence, his expertise has benefited most global workforce leaders in identifying opportunities and circumventing challenges in the marketplace.
His extensive knowledge of workforce analytics and insight related to industry leaders around the globe enable him to efficiently coordinate and validate market and business trends. Mikey’s network spans the globe from the boardrooms to production floors and it is that collective perspective that guides the prioritization of how he leads ReqReady in serving the market and its needs. Mikey holds a BBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Baylor University. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt with an emphasis in Statistical Process Improvement.
